Packaging:

The items are carefully packed and can be shipped with different companies.

All packages are sent with a Track and Trace code. This allows you to track the package yourself. The transport time is often indicated but can differ, unfortunately I have no influence on this.

The packaging consists mainly of recycled products. This reduces the burden on the environment and can therefore keep costs lower.

If you have any questions about the shipments in advance, you can always ask them by email infovintageretrostore@gmail.com and your question will be answered as soon as possible.

Returns:

It is permitted to return the item within 2 weeks after receipt. Unless it is specifically indicated with the item that this is not permitted with this item (this is then stated in the description of the item).

The shipping costs for returns are for the buyer.

Before you want to return the item, please contact us first via infovintageretrostore@gmail.com

Refund:

If the item is received by Vintageretrostore in good condition, a refund will be made. In addition, 50% of the shipping costs that were made by Vintageretrostore will be reimbursed.

The refund will then consist of the purchase costs and 50% of the shipping costs incurred by Vintageretrostore .

Damage upon receipt:

If there is already visible damage to the packaging upon receipt or there is a strong suspicion of damage to the item in the packaging.

Please take photos of the packaging from the outside and when you unpack the item. Also the damage to the item.

Please send all of this to infovintageretroshop@gmail.com. This will be resolved in consultation with the buyer.

No refund will be made if there has been no prior contact with infovintageretrostore@gmail.com prior to return.
